Halloween Secret Santa

my picture for my Halloween Secret Santa organized by . I'm not sure who the characters belong to but the character I was supposed to draw was a Pikachu anthro who had Sepheroth hair and possibly her Bulbasaur anthro boyfriend with short spiky black hair. um, unfortunately, i completely lack the ability to draw anthro. thus we have Pikachu and Bulbasaur... with hair. they have names too but I have also forgotten those... arg, i sound like a horrid person... >.<
